Profile name was changed

    I’m posting this from my phone app. My desktop access the desktop differently but not the same. My desktop link shows my profile name and address different and not mine. I think I’ve been hacked or something. I need help.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    What is the profile name you see in your desktop?

    You are posting here as the WordPress.com username, ruthbosckis. There hasn’t been any activity on this account since September last year, until a password change via the mobile app earlier today, five minutes after you created this forum thread.

    This account has one site connected to it, but that’s a self-hosted WordPress site, connected here via the Jetpack plugin. To log into that site you’d use the admin user account specific to the site, which is different from your WordPress.com username account. Is that perhaps the account you’re seeing on your desktop?
