profile not visible

  Hi, Ive been using WordPress for a few months now. But don’t think its visible and i don’t find my profile in search engine for wordpress too. Can you help ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  and why is the link https:// leading to another site of unknown person for Bethechange? can somebody pls let me know how to provide correct link directing to my site/blog. thanks

  Hi @surprisemoi,

  It seems that you have disabled the indexing of your website on Google. In order to enable it please follow the below steps:

  • Go to https://wordpress.com/settings/general/anithanathan.wordpress.com
  • Under site visibility, make sure to select the option “Allow search engines to index this site”

  Your website will now be indexed by Google. The indexing speed depends solely on Google and can take a few days or several weeks but in the end your pages will show up on Google search results depending on how relevant and original they are as well as several other factors.

  For your blog, http://anithanathan.wordpress.com redirects to https://anithanathan.wordpress.com. If you are referring to another website I’d be happy to try and help you if you can provide the link.
