There is nowhere in the profile where you can add a phone number that will be publicly visible. That you’ll need to manually add to your phone number to your site.
If you click on the Security tab at the link I gave above you can add a phone number that we can use for account recovery purposes, to send you a one-time password should you ever need to reset your password, but that’s the only option we have for adding a phone number and the only purpose for which we’ll ever use that number.
