I updated my photo on my gravatar, but it still shows my old photo on my wordpress blog and when blog entries are shared on social media sites. How do I get it to update, as well?

Hi there. Where on your site does it show the old photo? I can only see a profile pic where you’ve replied to comments, and that shows the same image that’s appearing here in the forum.
Are you perhaps talking of the image that appears in the browser tab? That image is called the Blavatar (blog-avatar), or favicon, and has to be updated under Settings ->General on the WP-Admin dashboard. https://en.support.wordpress.com/blavatars/
That’s the image that’s usually shared on Facebook in absence of an image in the post itself, so if you change that it should be shared going forward. But to be on the safe side, also flush your Facebook cache after you’ve updated the image to force Facebook to fetch the new image going forward: https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-image-thumbnail/#image-thumbnail-problems-faq
