  Hello @jeetusharmat,
  WordPress uses Gravatar to display your profile photo. So to change your profile photo, go to the me section of account by clicking on the profile picture at the top right corner of your dashboard, or just click here: https://wordpress.com/me.

  Now click on your profile picture on the sidebar, It will take your to Gravatar. If you are not logged in, click on Sign in with WordPress.COM. And then, click Upload New.

  After uploading your image it will be automatically applied to your email address and may show up next to your posts and comments on WordPress.com and across the web.

  NOTE: It may take upto an hour for the change to take affect across WordPress. If you cannot see the change even after an hour, try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
