Profile Photo Change

    I’ve tried millions of times with millions of different pictures but I can not change my profile picture. It says: ‘Hmm, your new Gravatar was not saved. Please try uploading again.’ I think if I see one more time this warning, I’d break my laptop.

    Hi,

    Have you set the profile image size to the correct dimensions? This is 80px by 80px.

    What’s the name of the file you’re trying to upload, does it contain spaces, symbols or uppercase? It’s best if it doesn’t contain those things.

    What’s the file size of the image? It may be too big for WordPress to handle so it’s worth reducing it by saving it as a JPEG or reducing the DPI of the image.

    I’ve resized to 80×80, its name is b.jpg and its size is only 2,67 KB :) But still no :/

    Today, you could be a hero of a laptop that can not change a profile pic but I give up. I think I will continue with this pinky avatar :) Thanks anyway!
