Profile Photo enable comment plugin?

Hello WordPress Members.
I want to know how can I get comment plugin likes as wordpress comment interface. What is the name of comment plugin enable profile photo with comments? Where can I download this plugin?

If your blog is here at WordPress.com you cannot install your own plugins. You should have the normal comment interface as standard. People with WordPress avatars will have their avatars show up; people without WordPress avatars won’t have pictures.

I have a server installed wordpress, so now I’m trying some plugin for test. I searched comment plugin with photo last week,but I couldn’t found it. I don’t want to kind of gravata. I just want to registered user upload their profile photo on their blog, then when they’re comments with uploaded photo. That’s It..Thank you very much and please help me… ^^

Are you talking about a WordPress blog hosted off WordPress.com? Then we can’t help you here; you need to be over at WordPress.org. It’s a different kind of software.
