Profile Photo not updating

  I can’t update my profile photo. I’ve updated in gravatar but it isn’t updating to the public. It only appears when I log in. Rating is set to G. When I try to upload in wordpress.com I get: Hmm, your new profile photo was not saved. Please try uploading again.
