Profile Photo Upload Not Showing

    Hi! Im trying to upload a profile photo for my gravatar and wordpress account, however, whenever i reach to the point of cropping and finish, here is no photo showing up and my profile photo is still on default. I already cleared my cache and cookies incase you might suggest that and tried once more uploading but its nearly a week since ive been trying to change my default profile photo, Hope anybody can help. thanks :D

    Hi @zandreisantos, sorry you’re having trouble! We’ve seen a few cases of this happening but have not been able to duplicate it yet. I’m starting to wonder if it’s an issue with the images themselves.

    Can you upload your image to your media library? You can just start a new post, upload an image to it, then delete the post. The image will remain. Then (with your permission) we’ll attempt to upload it here to see if we can reproduce the same error.
