Profile Photo won't show

So I went on my profile to add a profile photo, changed it through gravatar, but it still wont appear on my profile, blog, when I comment, anything. Help?

Gravatars/blavatars (favicons) do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change.
Do not keep uploading!
