  I am trying to upload a profile picture. It sends me to gravatar and then i get stuck. I need links to help me. Thank you

  I am not a neophyte. I have been here for over 10 years now. I tried to uploading an new gravatar myself and went bananas because after uploading the image I cropped it and got a message saying I had no uploaded an image when I had. I got the same result using my other wordpress.com account at http://en.gravatar.com/thistimethisspace which is using the image I want to change to on this account http://en.gravatar.com/timethief

  Something is clearly messed up on the gravatar site.

  I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.   The best I could do on this one http://en.gravatar.com/timethief was to add the image I really want to display on both gravatars into the photo gallery. It is this image http://www.gravatar.com/userimage/181325/ae96bd13b4a3fc266ba7506f1235b1ba?size=120 after cropping from 332 px x 288 px and this is extremely annoying.

  Hi folks, I just tried changing mine. Here’s what I did:

  1) logged in at Gravatar.com using the “sign in” button

  2) Scrolled down to “add new image”

  3) clicked “Upload New”

  4) Clicked “Choose File” and Found an image on my computer (oy!)

  5) Cropped

  6) Picked a “G” rating

  7) Picked an email address to associate it with

  Are you using that same process? At which step are you getting stuck?

  (PS: then I promptly changed my image back. Heh, I like my cartoon avatar ;))

  I get as far as 5) and after cropping I get the message I referred to above. However, I’m beyond caring about this today. Please just focus on helping drdileem.

  @drdileem can you let me know what browser you’re using and whether a different browser makes a difference? I have not yet been able to duplicate this here.
