  Hi There,
  To update your profile picture you can go to wordpress.com/me and in the left top corner you will see your current profile picture.
  Click on it and it will take you to Gravatar where you will need to sign in, which you can do using your WordPress account. Once signed in you can click on the option to Upload New.
