  How do I get a profile picture of myself onto the Home page or in with the widgets?!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The easiest way would be to go to Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard and drag the ‘Authors’ widget to the sidebar section on the right side of the screen. You can tweak some of the information and then save. And viola, your profile picture in the sidebar.
