Hi it doesn’t seem to work to change my gravatar. I can upload a picture and crop it but then I always get an error. It says ‘try again later’ but the same issue occurs.

Cache is emptied and javascript allowed (I use latest update of chrome on Mac OS) But still I get the same issue.

Do you have any browser extensions enabled in Chrome? Sometimes those can run interference.
Also, what happens if you try a different browser like Safari or Firefox?

Same issue in safari.
First answer was already browser related but it seems more like a wordpress bug than a browser issue.

Hi @christoffelhendrickx, sorry it’s giving you trouble.
Can you make sure the image is no larger than about 1MB? I’m wondering if it’s timing out. You’re also welcome to upload directly via https://en.gravatar.com/ — it’ll just ask you to authorize through WordPress.com.
