  I cannot upload a profile picture, whatever I do it just won’t upload.

  You’re looking to upload a photo of yourself to your blog/website? Or do you mean your profile photo for your WordPress account?

  If you’re uploading to the blog, how and where are you trying to upload and post it to?

  Hi, I am trying to upload profile picture for.my WordPress accounts. It keeps telling me to try again but gives no information on why. I have tried different pictures and have tried on mobile and desktop. Thanks

  Hi there!

  Could you upload the photo you want to use to your site’s Media Library so we can take a closer look?

  Also, could you let us know what operating system and browser (and versions of each) you’re using? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
