  I have an old account that I can no longer access because the email address no longer works. I want to get rid of the profile picture that shows up on everything I sign up for. Including this forum and the new account I made to get help. My current email address is linked to this profile picture. Any suggestions??

  Hi @bigrockforgeb89ee0b9df,

  It looks like the profile picture you’re seeing is linked to your email through the Gravatar service. Since you can no longer access your old account, your best option is to try and regain access to it. You can do this directly on the Gravatar website.

  So i’ve checked the website and it is not hosted with WP.com. Because of this, you need to contact your hoster so they could help you better with this.
