  Why is my profile picture not showing up on my circle?

  If you used Fictive before that link is https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/fictive/ Scroll down to Gravatar Email
  By default, Fictive uses the email address found under Users → Personal Settings to generate the Gravatar seen in the header.

  Gravatars/blavatars (favicons) do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change.

  Dashboard → Settings → General

  Do not keep uploading!
  Do not forget to select an image rating.

  To enable Gravatar display and hovercard display on your blog go to > Settings > Discussion and scroll way done the page to “Avatars”.
