  First of all thanks for all the help up to now. I am now struggling with my Profile Picture as you can see, also I would like to organise my blog better ?

  The problem with your profile picture is the image file you used included a lot of white space, which is making things look strange. Try cropping your image so it’s just your logo and upload the new image, that will work better.
