Profile picture on web site
-
My profile pic no longer appears on my website. I’m an admin., but I am unable to get it to display.

Hi –
There’s a profile image associated with the account that you’re using here. Let me know what site is in question so we can take a closer look at it.

Thank you for the URL!
Here’s an example of what I see, which I think is the problem you are referring to: https://d.pr/i/ndrcBG
Right now your WordPress.com account and Gravatar both have the same profile picture attached, which is great! The image should be showing in your author bio on the site, but it’s not.
Your site has our Business plan, so we recommend reaching out to our Happiness Engineers in live chat right here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
They’ll be able to do a deeper dive with you on this. It could be that another site plugin is conflicting. They’ll be able to help you with that. :)

Thanks, guys!
I’ll peep out your Word Press Happiness Engineers for additional tech support.
Will report their findings.

Just wondering too: is there any chance you changed your username on that site? I’ve sometimes seen that cause trouble. I did a lot of work with Gravatar in the past, and that one can be a tricky issue to resolve.
Can you confirm what email address you’re using for the site username? Is it the same email address as the one you see here?

Hi, Supernova. My site username email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) I have not changed it.
I have not changed it. Does anyone have the link to the WordPress Happiness Engineers live chat?
The link I was given at https://wordpress.com/help/contact goes to their “Contact Us” page.

You’ll need to be logged in as the WordPress.com account which owns the Business Plan to reach the live chat support.
In this case, I recommend trying that, as they’ll have better tools to help, and you’ll get a quicker solution. :)
