Profile Picture Will Not Connect To Website Profiles

  Hello!

  I am a contributor on 2 different wordpress websites (FitNoire.com & SocialmindedMediaGroup.com) my gravatar picture is NOT appearing on any of those sites. Nor will it let me upload a picture manually. I don’t understand what it happening.
