Profile won’t update…Help!

  I need to update my email address, so I went to my profile and changed my address. However, when I click the blue update button, the page goes blank. I do get the confirmation email, but when I click on the link that opens up another blank page. When I go back to see if the email address was updated, it is not. Please advise, thanks. AC
