Profilepicture pops out with hoovereffect

  How come some have a gravatar or authorpicture that pop out like a polaroid-picture, when the mouse is over the the thumbnail?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Gravatar Hovercards setting will allow your readers to view other users’ profiles by mousing over their Gravatars.
