    Hi there, just to be clear, would you like to run the open source version of WordPress on your PC, or do you want to use the desktop WordPress app on your PC?

    If you want to run the WordPress open source software on your computer locally, you could use Bitnami or Wamp or other localhost software.
    For more help on that you should look in the WordPress.org forums as this forum is dedicated for WordPress.com hosted sites.
