Program my own site

If I upgrade to premium will I be able to code my own website using any language I want including custom CSS. I don’t want to just build off a template I want to be able to have full control over what my website looks like. I choose word press beacuase I am trying to make a social media network and website and I know you can allow users to have an account on here but I would like to be able to program my webiste as well and not just be stuck using a template.

Aloha andr3yofficial, It sounds like you may be interested in the self-hosted version of WordPress in order to create this type of site. This will allow you full customization of any code, language, and plugins you use.
