Program strips all "returns" when I go from "view" to "edit".

    The program strips out all the “returns” when I go back to “edit” from “view,” so it needs to be edited again and published without viewing again. This only started happening with the “new, improved” editing program. Is there a way to publish directly from “view”? And to make the default edit program the old one?

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry to hear that there are some issues with the new editor stripping returns from your posts! I would recommend manually saving drafts before previewing just in case something like this happens just to make sure you have something you can revert to.

    To answer your other question, you can indeed switch to the original editor, at least semi-permanently. As long as you are not using an incognito or private mode on your browser you can click the link in the lower right hand corner of the new editor to take you back to classic mode. This should change the cookie in your browser to direct you back to the classic editor every time you go to create a new post!
