Progress Bar

  I really would like a progress bar on my blog and I just cannot seem to get one to go on my blog. I also don’t want to have to download it. I just want to be able to copy, click and paste a bar. Is there any type of progress bar that anyone knows. Or can wordpress make one unique to wordpress. WordPress has so may other wonderful widgets. But if not does anyone know a type.
