Progress deleted

Hi! When I logged in WordPress today, all my progress was gone even though I had published the website and had been working on it for days, browsed for it, and always saved progress. I cannot restore my webiste even through the “restore option”: it restores to the template it shows now instead of my website. And the website is still running – as if we’re selling glasses on the website (probably some WordPress template), and I never published that. Are there any ways to restore my page? Thank you!
