project type

  I want to add a project type to my menu page, but when I do this it shows up as post category so it says “not found” when visiting the menu item.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  I’m not sure why you obtained that error, but, unless you mistakenly chose “category” instead of “project type,” I’m guessing that the absence of a project with the project type assigned might have resulted in a default to the creation of a category menu item instead of a project type menu item.

  If you had added the project type “photography” to one or more projects, then the “photography” project type archive page, https://victorialanzoriginal.wordpress.com/project-type/photography, would display all projects that have been assigned that project type. The fact that the page displays not project indicates that none have been assigned that project type.
