How do I change the order of projects in portfolio from the oldest to the newest?

Hi there. I don’t know of a built-in option to do that. The shortcode also does not provide that possibility.
You can manually change the dates on the projects to change the order in which they’re displaying.
It might also be possible to change the order by adding CSS, but I’m not sure. You can post directly in the CSS forum for an answer on that: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform
