  Can anyone post a comment in Prologue Theme even your not a WordPress member?

  I tried check my wordpress site as a visitor (https://boolnationalhighschool.wordpress.com/) and want to post anything without logging in my acct but sad to say I cannot post anything.

  Is a nonwordpress member can post anything in a prologue theme??
