Promised Refund Has Not Yet Taken Place on Credit Card

  Hi There,
  I connected with customer service on 7/27 to troubleshoot my site and it was promised that my $299 credit card charge would be reversed but it hasn’t happened yet. I can see the charge on my latest credit card statement. I’m happy to provide reference number and have a copy of the chat transcript. Can you clarify when the reverse will take place? Thank you!

  It looks like the refund never went through. Sorry about that.

  I’ve processed it now, so you should now also see a receipt for the refund if you visit your billing history page, here:

  You should receive the refund within 7 to 10 business days.
