  Hello,

  I have an active site,

  I would like to know if it is possible to add a window when the customer arrives on my site in order to prevent him from a promo code for the first orders
  I was able to add a banner at the top of the site but I find that this one is not conspicuous enough

  Since you use WooCommerce, a quick search of their extension store found this extension that might do everything you need:

  Splash Popup

  It allows you to target specific visitor groups and vary the offers you may want to have.

  Otherwise, there are a number of tutorials on how to add pop-ups to your WooCommerce store if you do a quick Google search.
