  Dear Sirs.
  i received today a promotion to celebrate my commitment to your website, offering you 20% off ANY upgraded WordPress.com plan. Can you please confirm if this 20%applies to a full year plan or one time/begining month?

  Hi pedropromoav,

  You may wait for confirmation from staff (I’ve added the modlook tag), but I’m fairly sure it applies to the full year plan. So if you buy the 4 euros/month personal plan, you’ll pay 38.4 euros instead of 48 euros.

  In any case, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase:

  Hi there,

  Wordpress.com Billings are done annually and not on monthly basis you, so will get discount on whole year for eg.
  If you purchase a personal plan which 48 USD
  (4 USD x 12 months)
  You get a 20% discount on 48USD final amount after discount would be $38.40.

  What it doesn’t make clear is if there would also be a 20% discount off the already discounted two year options. If so that would make the two year Premium or Business plans in particular great buys.
