Prompt tells me my domain doesn’t exist

    I just went to check on my website and a prompt is telling me my website doesn’t exist, and I have my domain on auto renew and that my word press doesn’t expire. What is going on?

    Hi there,

    What is the domain you need help with? The only site I see in your account is the free WordPress.com site at the free address, http://golfstreamgroupdotcom.wordpress.com

    If you’re speaking of golfstreamgroup.com, that domain used to be mapped here, but the domain mapping upgrade was removed from your account around two weeks ago, after it expired.

    The domain itself is registered with Bluehost, not with us.

    We no longer sell domain mapping as a stand-alone upgrade, and it’s too late at this point to restore the expired upgrade to your account any more. If you want to map that domain to your WordPress.com site again, please upgrade to a paid plan at My Site ->Plans to do so.
