Proof of blog ownership

  Dear Mr/Ms,

  I am currently applying as a blogger to an international event and they require me to send them a ” document certifying that you are a membership of this blog.”.

  May I know what should I send to them? Or if you could send me an official digital document which proves I am the person behind my blog?

  Hi there!

  I’m pretty sure we can’t supply you with anything like this. We don’t validate identities when you sign up for a site, so the only thing we can do is confirm that the account with the username ‘benautobahn’ is associated with this site.

  You can try to ask them what type of document they want? I’ve really never heard of this, and I’d think it would be pretty impossible to prove unless the blog is big enough to have a payroll associated with it.

  Let me know if they can give you specifics about what “document” they need.
