Prop 65 for WooCommerce checkout page

  So I’ve been looking for a way to show the Prop 65 warning on the checkout page for California shipping addresses only. Hitting a brick wall. Anyone know how to easily accomplish this or will I have to write/add custom code? Thanks and Happy New Year!
