  i installed a propellerads plug in a few months ago and then i deleted it. now my problem is that it can’t install again

  Referring to your previous reply (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/my-previous-message/) on your URL, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but a self-hosted site using the open source WordPress software.
