Proper billing

To whom it may concern,
we need a proper billing of the anual fee that we have paid the 4th November through the debit card number [redacted by staff] (48USD) because the file that we have downloaded in the billing history of the website doesn´t have the required data (Billing number, name and identification number of WordPress, name and identification number of Asociacion Mbuyu, the total amount and the taxes).

You posted your credit card info in a public forum, and this page is likely already indexed by Google which means even though I removed that info it might still appear in cached search engine results. Please immediately contact your bank and ask them to stop that card as a precaution. If they ask why, tell them you posted it publicly on the internet.

If you are based in the EU and require a VAT invoice, please log in as the WordPress.com account that made the payment and open a support ticket at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
We will require your VAT number and billing address, and will generate a VAT invoice for you after we have verified that information. The VAT invoice can only be provided to the account that was used to make the payment.

When you created another support ticket, did you login to the account you purchased the upgrade through?
You’ll need to login using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to, in order to contact us from the correct account and request a VAT invoice.
