Proper WordPress Permission file

Hello, I downloaded the recent version of wordpress at I install it at http://www.ph1l1p.com. But I was force to reinstall it because when I’m browsing every post it says the page has malicious attack. After the re-installation It seems the permission was not setup properly because when I login into dashboard it has a parse error and when I visit site it seems it always in a cached mode? The theme that I chose was not loading properly. May I ask what were the proper permissions? My permission was at 644 for the files and 744 for folders. TIA
