ProPhoto6 Website Gone

Hi there,
I received an email from WordPress stating my site is experiencing technical issues. I can open WordPress, but my site is no longer there (It’s showing a white page with “There has been a critical error on this website”.
I have been with ProPhoto6 for the last 5 or so years and haven’t changed anything, but I literally cannot open my site so I can’t see what is going on. Even in my word press it is showing “14 published posts”, yet in bold letters it’s saying “You haven’t published any pages yet”. Somebody please help!

Do you require help with illustriousinteriors.ca? This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may want to reach out to the hosting provider for help in disabling the theme or plugin that may be causing that downtime.

It seems that ProPhoto6 is having difficulties communicating with WordPress at the moment. We’re trying to find out the problem on our end currently. Thank you for the response.

You bet. We’d recommend working with the offending plugin and your host to sort this out.
