Prosperity Theme help, button text color and Featured Content images

    Hello,
    I am unable to post in the Prosperity forum as our theme was purchased under my coworker’s account. I have two questions.
    1. What css would I need to change the button text color to white on all buttons?
    2. I am using a grid page for the Featured Page #2, but I would like for the images displayed on the home page to be different without changing the page featured image or the slider featured image. Is this possible?
    Thanks!

  • Hi there,

    Your site is on our Business Plan, and you’re an admin on the site, so you have 24/7 access to live chat support via the help icon that appears in My Sites – all admins on Business Plan sites have access to that. You should never have to post in the theme support forums for help with a premium theme, as support for those are also included in the Business Plan.

    1. What css would I need to change the button text color to white on all buttons?

    Are you speaking of the Read More links on the site? Those aren’t true buttons, but just links with a background added. You can change that with this CSS:

    .more-link-container .more-link {
      background-color: white;
    }

    #featured-content .featured-slide .hentry .inner-hentry a.more-link {
      color: black;
    }

    2. I am using a grid page for the Featured Page #2, but I would like for the images displayed on the home page to be different without changing the page featured image or the slider featured image. Is this possible?

    This is not possible. Both the slider image and the thumbnails used on a grid page are determined by the featured image set on the post or page that’s being displayed, so it’s not possible to show different images for the same page in different locations.

    Thank you! I thought it was strange that I could not just post a question in the premium theme forum. I will use the live chat next time.
    As for the buttons, I do mean the read more links, but also the search button and subscribe button in the sidebar widgets.
    Thank you for your help!
