Protect pictures

    Hi there,

    I am working with pictures of people, who gave them to me to put on the blog, but i forgot to put the copyright on the pictures. Is there a way to protect them directly on the website so that random people can’t download them? Or is there anyway to put the copyright on the pictures through wordpress? Or do i have to put a copyright on the pics with photoshop, and put them back on the website?

    You can just edit the posts and put the copyright notice in the post. Regardless, they are protected by law. Some people who don’t know the law are deterred by a posted copyright notice in the post. There isn’t a way to add a watermark to an already-uploaded image as far as I know. If you want the notice on the image itself, you will have to edit them offline and re-upload them.
