Protecting against Robots…. etc

  Hello,
  I was wondering… is there a way that at the bottom of our form we can have a Verifying question like….. 3+5= and then whomever fill out the form has to enter correct number…. this is to make sure Robot or Machine is not filling out our form….. .

  I’ve seen things like someone checking ‘I’m not a ROBOT’… or something like this.
