Protest NSA Surveillance Banner Covers Bottom Meta(?) Area On Twenty Fourteen
-
Hello,
I would like to report a glitch where the Protest NSA Surveillance Banner covers/overlaps the Meta(if that is the correct word/name?) Area (the area at the bottom of the theme that shows the name of the theme and a link to WordPress.com) on the Twenty Fourteen theme.

Thanks for letting us know. That particular campaign and banner is about to end, so it shouldn’t pose an issue for much longer. If you continue to see this issue with the next Internet Defense League event, please contact us right away and we can take a look.

You are welcome, I am guessing that this issue will probably repeat again for the next event, and so I will probably be reporting it again in the future. ;)
Thank you for replying Jackiedana :) ,

Hello Jackiedana I have two questions,
Do you think that WordPress will be willing to add Hover Text that says “Search” on the Search Icon/Button/Whatever on the Twenty Fourteen theme (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-add-hover-text-for-the-search-iconbuttonwhatever-on-twenty-fourteen?replies=1#post-1667781)?
Do you think that WordPress will be willing to increase the Main Column Width on the Twenty Fourteen theme (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/twenty-fourteen-embedded-video-size-is-a-bit-small?replies=8#post-1604430)?
I am just curious, and once/if I get an answer I will mark both of those topics as Resolved. ;)
Thank you,
