    Hello! Suddenly my site is throwing ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH. I can’t get into the backend to assess and am not sure how to address the issue. Any advice?

    Hey there @klmammone385 , your site isn’t hosted with us, but I can see what’s wrong. Can you contact your host for help fixing the SSL certificate? That’s something on their servers outside your WordPress installation, but if needed, here’s how they can help with your site URL too.

    Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. You’ll want to create an account at WordPress.org so you’ll have access to the correct community for your site.
