  I have a psd file and I want to turn this into a WordPress page. How to do this. I Want my psd image to use as it is.

  You can’t. That’s not one of the approved file types for uploading here. You’ll have to convert it to something that is approved. http://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/
