  I need help figuring out why my page is saying public and published but no one can access it from my link. This is a final grade for a college level course and I need immediate help. If someone could call me or provide me with a number that would be great

  If I was you the first thing I would do is get rid of the Blank canvas theme and use a more traditional theme. I’ve found one page where you could share the link to others https://saiyonna.wordpress.com/exploring-the-world-of-content-creation-with-saiyonna/
  But it would be easier to use posts rather than pages and make sure your blog/posts page is set as the front page. Then you only need to share your site address to others https://saiyonna.wordpress.com/
