  I would love to have access to the “public post preview” plugin so that I can easily have guest hosts approve their posts. Thanks!

  Hi there — on WordPress.com, there is a feature under the Writing Helper section in your dashboard called “Request Feedback”:

  You can see this option when you’re editing a post, just under the main box where you draft your post. When you send a draft to someone, they can preview it (and leave comments, too). This is helpful if you don’t want to invite other users to your blog — all you need is an email address.

  And just for reference, one alternative is adding your guest posters as “contributors” to your blog, so they can draft and view posts on their own, but have limited access and capabilities:
