  Is there any possibility to set the blog for public posting?

  Yes it’s up to the blogger whether the blog is “private” or “public”. Perhaps you find some help in this thread locating the area where you can change your settings

  Um, no. Best bet would be to get a forum hosted elsewhere.

  TT, the poster is asking if he or she can modify their blog to allow anyone who visits their blog to make a post on it.
