Publication theme main pic – i need to change this
-
I have been tinkering with this for over a day – trying to change the stock photo on the publication theme to something more appropriate for my blog. any help will be greatly appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Those images can be updated in the Site Customizer: https://wordpress.com/customize/
https://wordpress.com/customize/barneyhowellphotography.com
Under the ‘Theme Option’ section, select the ‘Title’ section to add a new background image at the top.
You can also select which sections are displayed on that page in the ‘Visibility’ section in the Theme Options panel
I have been in the customizer and changed the header image and it does not do it. I noticed in the forum another person has same problem. -

Hi @twestlingmpa!
It looks like you may have switched your site over to the Affinity theme instead, did you still need a hand with this?
If you switch back to Publication, you can find details of how it is set up on the info page:
https://wordpress.com/themes/publication.On the posts page (which is the first thing you see on the Publication Demo) you’re seeing the Featured Image of the most recent post :)
